Great location, great instructor, great weather. The perfect way to spend a couple of hours learning a new skill and relaxing on the swan river in Perth.
Booking online was easy, the instructor was expecting us, the equipment was in good condition.
Early Monday morning SUP at Point Walter... beautiful calm waters with plenty of coastlines to explore! Staff were really friendly and the boards were great! Highly recommend and will be back again soon!
My mum and I headed to Point Walter because she had wanted to try Sup boarding for a while now. I said I'd come along with her to watch and had no intention to join in as I've never been interested in trying out water sports nor ever had the experience... However, after the first hour of mum's lesson, both her and the instructor encouraged me to have a go even if it was just for 10 minutes, after much hesitation I finally accepted the offer and ended up spending at least half an hour out on the river. After about 15 minutes I was being taught advanced tips and having a great timing getting drenched in the process! The instructor was so friendly and encouraging and my mum and I both agreed to come back next weekend and bring a couple of friends along.
I really encourage everyone to get involved in Sup boarding with Elemental even if you're like me and hate deep water! it's so much fun, the instructors are great and it's a perfect way to spend a small fraction of the weekend!
It was my first time and was a perfect place to learn. Good times with friends would definitely use them again
We went to point Walter for a 2-hour paddle board session. My cousin and I had been wanting to go for a few weeks now and we finally found a spot! It was an amazing day a bit windy but it was really fun otherwise. My cousin and I were a bit shaky at first but were also very excited to do it. We both love water sports so this was definitely a 10/10 experience. Thanks Elemental! Defiantly want to get a board for Christmas if allowed. Both my cousin have been wanting one for 2 years.
On Sunday morning I tried Yoga SUP with Elemental.
Our 7am class meant we were the only ones on the still, clear water and the only ones to experience dolphins bouncing around beside us and our boards. The sun was up, I felt so grateful to be in Australia and to be present.
If you're trying Yoga SUP to find clarity and experience calm, to touch nature and to find a sport that benefits your physical and mental well-being I really recommend this and how Elemental teach. Our instructor Bryre was awesome. We laughed, we focused - we went away feeling great! Thanks guys :-)
I’ve only done Yoga a handful of times, heard about the SUP yoga and thought why not give it a go, started searching for classes near home and found Elemental. Went ahead and booked a class with my girlfriend, all online. Got a reminder of the time. Was greeted by the Instructor (Bryre) and we were on our way to a sheltered area for the class.
Bryre took us through our paces and was very patient as this is very different to doing it on land. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, not only did I get a workout, it was fun, lots of laughs, fell in the water a couple of times but that is OK, have been back for a couple more and will make this part of my routine.
If you haven’t SUPPED before, they also have lessons, have a couple of these and then give Yoga a go. By the way, I’m 51, so anyone can do it.
Thanks Elemental and the gorgeous instructor Bryre
Thanks for a wonderful morning on the water it was a great way to start the day and a great way to start the SUP Board experience. The instructor was great and entertaining and made the 2 hrs very good. Certainly recommend you give it a shot, easy for all ability levels.
