Regular group fitness sessions for the ladies, sorry guys you will have to sit this one out, you can come along to one of our SUP Club outings though, contact us for details.

Primary aim is to have fun, all ages and all levels of fitness are welcome.

Sessions go for 1.5hrs

Monday & Thursday 10am - Fun Class
Wednesday 10am - Time Trials
Friday 10am - Fun Class

 

 

 

First time paddlers cost $35 and everytime after $20. We will supply a board and paddle. You must bring anything else you may need eg. towel and sunscreen.

Caroline is a certified gym instructor and has been instructing kitesurfing full-time for the past 6yrs, now her passion for SUP is evolving into cross-training. Please advise her of any conditions etc in your booking.

If you decide to buy a stand up paddleboard you can deduct the cost of your first hire from the purchase price... NICE
