Come and join us on an introduction to SUP. Stand up paddle boarding, Stand up paddle surfing its all the same thing SUP.
If you have some flat water SUP experience already then you may like to come and train with us and be coached in a fun and safe way in small waves with SUP SURF LESSONS with Perths best instructor.
While SUP is not technically difficult, your body is working the whole time you are on the board. Your mind is enjoying the sunshine and the smell of the ocean with the breeze on your face. What better way to workout your whole body and recharge your spirit.
We can now get out on the water and practice our board skills on 'no wind' days and most mornings. We don't need big waves! Infact flat water is better in the beginning, The best thing is that SUP is accessible to pretty much everyone.
Now the whole family can enjoy your water time . . and together we can help them build confidence in and out of the water
